Join us for this community event . Free for Philomena Birth clients and $20 for all others. This is an opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers and create beautiful birth affirmation cards you can use in pregnancy and labor.
This workshop will be run by doula and art teacher Tessa Catto @birthartandbeyond . All art supplies will be provided .
We will provide ideas for designing your cards, examples of affirmations, and guidance on how to use affirmations in pregnancy and birth .
Self-doubt can make even simple tasks feel insurmountable. To nurture our minds, positive birth affirmations can be incredibly helpful. They are a powerful tool that allows many mothers to more fully trust their bodies and instincts.
