Our Classes

Our classes cover pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. We want you to feel fully informed & prepared for birth and parenthood. Birthing partners are encouraged to attend and are included in the price. All of our classes are held in our community space in Red Bank. This is a place for families to gather, meet each other, educate themselves, and get support from our team of birth workers.

  • A Birth Story Circle

The benefits of sharing positive birth stories are numerous. Hearing positive birth stories can help to counteract the negative birth narratives that are often presented in the media. We want families to realize that positive empowering births happen all the time in our local hospitals! Come ready to listen or share your story. This will be a safe space to share and ask questions. The circle will be facilitated by Mary.

This event is free, but we do need all who plan to attend to RSVP. If you plan on sharing your birth story you will be emailed a list of questions that can help shape what you plan on sharing.
