POSTPARTUM

DOULA SUPPORT

Our postpartum doula support is centered on holistic health and wellness prioritizing the mother and baby connection above all else. This unique approach not only offers guidance on newborn care but also empowers mothers to recover and rest, finding strength in their postpartum bodies and fostering a deep connection with their babies.

It's about nurturing the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—during this transformative phase of motherhood. It embraces movement as medicine, guiding moms to connect with their intuition and inner strength as new a mother. Our postpartum doulas also help guide partners and families members on how to be invaluable support during this important and transformational moment.

Our Postpartum Doula Support Includes:

✓ Fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes the mother's well-being and recovery.

✓ Providing emotional support and validation, encouraging the mother to express her feelings and concerns.

✓ Offer guidance on postpartum nutrition and hydration to support healing and energy levels.

✓ Facilitating gentle movement exercises or yoga to promote physical healing and relaxation.

✓ Encourage skin-to-skin contact and bonding between mother and baby.

✓ Assist with breastfeeding or bottle feeding techniques and troubleshoot common challenges.

✓ Educate on newborn care practices, including diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques.

✓ Offer resources and referrals for additional support services, such as lactation consultants or mental health professionals.

✓ Create a calm and soothing atmosphere through aromatherapy, soft music, or dim lighting.

✓ Respect the mother's intuition and choices, empowering her to make informed decisions for herself and her baby.

Our daytime shifts are 5 hours in length and our overnights are 9p-6a, 9 hours in length. We create unique packages to meet each family’s needs but our most popular packages are:
