Childbirth Education

We believe that the key to a healthy and empowered birth is education during pregnancy! Philomena Birth offers a range of practical classes from lamaze to breastfeeding, from pain management to postpartum planning.

Doula Support

Our birth doula support provides you with support from prenatal resources and meetings, to hands-on support throughout your entire labor, to postpartum support. We love being an advocate and resource during this journey!
